SERVICE AND REPAIR PROGRAMME
From lathes to vertical lathes and boring mills.
Machine tool service and repair range from correcting a specific fault to overhaul and modernisation. For every machine, we first consider symptoms, current condition and its required production function. The scope follows inspection and agreement, not merely the machine category.
Lathe service and repair
We assess the lathe as a complete machine: spindle, feeds, guideways, transmissions and control must work together reliably. For an initial discussion, send the machine model and describe what has changed during turning.
Milling machine service and repair
For milling machines, we focus on the axes, spindle, feeds and other assemblies affecting machining. Inspection and symptom descriptions form the basis for agreeing repair, adjustment, overhaul or modernisation.
Gearbox service and repair

Boring mill service and repair

Grinding machine service and repair
For grinding machines, spindle operation, guideways, feeds and related assemblies are important inspection points. State whether the problem occurs during surface or cylindrical grinding and how it affects operation.
Drilling machine service and repair
We service drilling machines according to the condition of their mechanical, drive and control assemblies. Send the machine type, symptoms and a photograph if available. Repair and restoration are agreed after assessment.
Where service work requires a new or restored part, it can be combined with machining to a drawing or sample. Turning, milling, surface grinding and cylindrical grinding form part of our programme, with the execution and required dimensions agreed in advance.
